3, place your order with at least 2 days notice.
4. collect your order or ask for a delivery.
5. pay your invoice monthly.
fresh doguh
our fresh dough is available to order. if you are in need of great quality, authentic italian pizza dough, feel free to contact us to discuss the details. our fresh dough can last about 10 days if kept refrigerated and it has a fermentation time of at least 48hrs.
minimum order: 400 pieces.
dough ball weight: 250gr.
price: $1.30 + GST.
frozen dough
if you can't meet the minimum order requirements but still want to use our authentic pizza dough, you can order frozen dough. this product will last 90 days so you can stock up with no issue. the dough should be defrosted one day before use and consumed within 5 days.
minimum order: 600 pieces.
dough ball weight: 250gr.
price: $1.50 + GST.
