our set up
if you are looking to provide food service for your customers, but do not want to invest in a full-on commercial kitchen yet, we have the solution for you. our set-up can be both temporary or semi-permanent; all we need is a 3x3 square meter space. if you want to try our product before making any-long term decisions, we can set us up for one day only. no strings attached. we use small portable pizza ovens and foldable tables, so there is no need for you to worry about any of the equipment. we can provide a strong menu to please your customers with authentic neapolitan style pizza.
our product
there are many styles of pizza. we offer the authentic neapolitan one. our product is famous for being highly digestible, thanks to a long fermentation (48hr+) and high hydration. we also use only the best imported italian ingredients combined with the freshest local products in order to offer a truly outstanding pizza. ready in about 90 seconds, our pizza is ideal for any situation and your customers will not be disappointed; they will be addicted instead.
