our set-up proudly rely on one of the most revolutionary pizza oven in the market: gozney roccbox. this portable oven is a true beast and allows us to cook pizza in less than 90 seconds. it can reach up to 500 degrees and this is crucial for cooking authentic neapolitan style pizza. it only weighs 20kg and this makes it easy to carry around and set up in any location. yes, we even brought it to a boat party. with roccbox on our side, we are ready to accept any challenge and provide pizzas everywhere.
story of our name & logo
The origin of the name lies in the main characteristic of the business - portability. Thanks to our @gozney Roccbox portable ovens we are able to set up in any location we need.
We believe pizza should be enjoyed everywhere and we wanted to provide people with the opportunity to have it in any venue, even on a boat.
We wanted a name and a logo that were fun and catchy with colours that somehow recalled Italy without using the classic red, white and green of the national flag.
We, therefore, thought about the colours of the national football team and we chose navy, white and gold to replicate the look of the team jersey.
